Thank you for your review, we understand concerns about fee increases and always strive to keep them as low as possible. The 2025-26 review reflects rising costs affecting the entire care sector, including higher Real Living Wage rates, National Insurance contributions, and general cost-of-living increases such as food, water, and waste collection. As a Real Living Wage employer, we're committed to paying our carers fairly in line with national guidance. While the NHS is exempt from National Insurance Contributions, unfortunately, Social Care isn't, nor are our suppliers who have had to pass these costs on. These government changes, and wider inflation has made care delivery more expensive. Despite these pressures, we continue to monitor and renegotiate contracts to control costs while maintaining the high quality of our services.
