We understand how difficult this time must be for you and your family, and we are truly sorry that your experience at The Mellows has left you feeling distressed and disappointed. We are deeply saddened to hear that your father did not feel settled or comfortable during his stay with us, and that you felt his needs were not met as they should have been. This is not the experience we want for any of our residents or their families. It is, however, comforting to hear that your father had some positive interactions with our office team and our activities coordinator.
