I'm really very sorry to see these comments, particularly as you are aware that all concerns raised were listened to, investigated and acted upon where required.  We take every step to ensure the safeguarding of every one of our residents and you will also be aware that the safeguarding team were involved, met personally with your mum and the gentleman you have referred to, and agreed that there was no cause for concern.  <br><br>It makes us incredibly sad to read comments such as these are they are not consistent with the feedback we regularly receive, nor the feedback from the regulatory body CQC, who rated us Good across all five areas just a short while ago on 10th February 2025.
