Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, positive and negative reviews are much appreciated as it enables us to consistently improve our service. Please let me reassure you around the lunch breaks, we have 6 staff on and 3 go for lunch at a time leaving 3 on the floor and the 3 left on the floor are supported by the head of care, deputy and manager. No staff leave the building at lunch so if an emergency situation occurred they would be there to attend and take their break after any incident. It is always a balance but one we feel we do achieve.  We are sorry we did not get the meal service right immediately but hope we have now addressed these issues. Our door is always open if you wish to speak to us in regards to any other issues. Thank you.
