I have passed on your kind words to the team and have also asked the activities team to chat with you and your mum about things she might like to do to occupy her time, as this is also very important for her wellbeing.  <br>I'm sorry you have been kept waiting on occasions.  We understand this is frustrating and we do remind staff to listen out for the door, but it is sometimes inevitable if everyone is busy with residents.
