We always encourage any concerns to be raised directly with the Home Manager at the time, as she may not be aware if no other issues have been reported and can address them promptly.
We haven't come across these particular concerns before, though we do recognise that on occasion matters such as misplaced clothing or portion sizes can arise. When they do, they are resolved quickly, and we continuously look for ways to improve our systems and overall service.
