We strive for all our nurses and carers to be consistently kind and attentive to the people that live in Kenbrook, so we take your comment regarding the variation in 1 to 1 staff very seriously and we will review this with the agency and look at what we can do to ensure high standards are delivered consistently across the board. It is wonderful to hear your Dad is enjoying the garden and the cats and we will feed back to the kitchen about their homemade desserts and ensure there is a plentiful supply.
