Good morning Bryan. Thank you for this kind and positive feedback relating to your experience with our Care Team and Care Home at The Lilacs in Exeter. Noting your comments about Management - The Lilacs is currently being ably supported by Emma, our Deputy Manager, along with regular on-site support from members of our Support office Team and other Managers within the group. We are currently actively recruiting a new manager and hope to be able to formally communicate a name and start date within a week or two. I'm surprised about your observation about the food on offer - I know the range is extensive and the quality excellent. If your wife would like to discuss food choices please, if she is able to do so, encourage her to speak to Emma. If she is not able then please could you discuss your concerns with Emma on your wife's behalf.  I'm confident there will be a number of options that she will like. I'm concerned that there is a lot of waste - we will investigate this also. Nathan.
