Thank you for your  review like all reviews positive or negative we do take them very serious, I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service we provide,  This is the first time i am hearing about your concerns or issues, If i am unaware of this i am then unable to investigate and action. The car park unfortunately cant be helped all family members were made aware about the building work going on and the extension being added onto the home, In which everyone new they may have to park on the fronts for a short time. We now have a roof over the front door and a bench that you can sit on just in case it takes a few minutes before the front door can be answered depending on the time of day you are visiting.
