I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We have appointed new staff to Dora Rose and they all have name badges issued, unfortunately sometimes their start date is prior to the badges arriving. Wearing their name badges is part of uniform policy and all staff are checked daily. We have a residents meeting on 18th November at 2pm should you wish to address any points further.
