Thank you for your feedback.<br>I was very surprised to read our ratings as this has never been mentioned on your satisfaction surveys.<br>I do understand their was a difference of opinion but we cannot allow external carers to come in and provide care on our premises as you requested, this is against our insurance liability., CQC registration and causes a massive conflict of interest.<br>Your aunt is a fantastic lady and we really miss her so to hear she remains happy and well cared for is really positive, and we wish her really well.
