Frank was a smashing all-around Gentleman, who was a real part of Nova House, along with active involvement in our community, his multitude of visitors, some of the most difficult jigsaws ever seen by man! and his frequent trips out. I genuinely believed that he would be with us for many years, and he is sorely missed. Many thanks again.
