Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to learn you were upset with some of the care delivered at Chester Court Care Home. We worked closely with the residents usual GP for guidance to ensure we continued to provide comfort during their stay and followed their advice. We ask that you raise any concerns directly with the GP surgery if you are unhappy with the advice we received. On speaking with the home, we understand concerns weren't raised during the stay with us, but if you have outstanding concerns, please reach out to the General Manager at the home.
