Your brother was a much valued resident at Holly Park Care Home - he was mobile and independent around the home, happy, content, and well settled. He enjoyed his meals and had regular daily communication with his family. He was thought of very fondly by all the staff.<br><br>The fall was entirely unexpected, a full investigation was carried out immediately. The incident was reported to both the Local Authority Safeguarding Team and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
