Regarding the concern raised seven months ago, no evidence was found to show that anything had been taken from your grandmother’s room; however, we acted in good faith and provided the amount you believed was missing. We cooperated fully with police enquiries, and no wrongdoing by the service was identified. We also prioritise residents’ dignity and privacy, which is why CCTV in corridors is not appropriate in our care setting.
