We continue to be sorry this care home was unable to meet the needs of your husband whilst being able to maintain the privacy and dignity of others for the reasons which were fully explained. <br>Your opinion matters however we find some of your comments both inaccurate and unfair. We would have preferred to have been able to discuss your concerns further face to face, as previous reviews demonstrate that we are committed to high standards and our approach to care is always collaborative.
