Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of the issues that you faced. I am sure you can appreciate that our care staff are extremely busy and will have the door closed on rooms as they provide personal care to their residents. As a 31 bed home our call bells are activated rather frequently, however they do all have the same sound to them. It may sometimes sound as though it is one bell when in fact this can be numerous bells all at the same time. With regards to your further comments your kind words will be passed on to the staff responsible and your other comments have been noted and will be dealt with accordingly.
