We appreciate you taking the time to discuss some of the issues raised directly. We are currently updating some areas of our home which will continue. Incontinence products are delivered via the NHS where we're unable to change frequency, however these are stored away where possible. Our residents decided how our corridors are decorated where, in addition to football memorabilia, we have displays reflecting gardening, music, haberdashery and other interests. We were also happy to support your partner's mother's room is decorated to ensure she feels at home in our care. I'm always happy to discuss all aspects of care and day-to-day life at Prior Bank.
