These small but important details are what help us create genuine, person-centred care, and we're so pleased he was able to settle in and feel at home. Seeing him out of his room, engaging more, and growing in confidence and mobility meant a great deal to the team.<br>Although his time at Primrose House was far too short, we are humbled that you felt supported during such an emotional period.
