We are disappointed to hear that your Mum and you have had had a negative experience at Middleton Manor. <br>Living with Dementia is extremely difficult for the individual and their families and sadly explanations cannot always be provided when incidents occur, however when such incidents occur we work closely with families and safeguarding to investigate and learn lessons to reduce the risk of reoccurrence and provide reassurance.  <br>I would like to acknowledge that whereby there have been some issues at Middleton Manor the newly appointed leadership team are working closely with the Local Authority and Safeguarding team to make and sustain improvements, and I am pleased to say that we are now seeing the impact of this work. I understand and take on board your concerns and I am sorry for any distress that may have been caused.
