Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are pleased to hear that you and your mother had a great time at the Halloween party at Burnham Lodge. With regard to the conservatory, we do have a ventilation system in place, but we will ask the maintenance team to check the windows; however, due to health and safety requirements, all windows are fitted with restrictors, so their opening is limited.<br>Thank you for your feedback regarding food and drinks. Staff were moving in and out of the conservatory, but moving forward we will ensure that there is always at least one staff member present at all times.
