Thank you for your review and the points highlighted. I can confirm that all flooring is currently being replaced within the home and we have recently had all the windows replaced as well. We do try to maintain a sense of dignity for our residents when it comes to changing so we do ask that people allow this to be done in private for the residents sake. I apologise if no batteries were available at the time however this has been noted and batteries have been available on both floors at the nurses station.
