It's great to read that you feel Bluebell House has a homely feel, that the manager is always available and that good activities are offered. The Care Team have, indeed, recently changed the layout of communal areas, and this has generally been really well received - do please talk to the manager about your concerns regarding visitor seating. I'm really sad to read about your experience with the food. I know our food provision across all of our homes is excellent. The problem appears to be related to how the food is being plated up / presented. This is a really important aspect of any meal and our teams have had training in this - it looks like we may need to retrain / monitor this a bit more at Bluebell House.
