Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear you're pleased with the cleanliness of your wife's bedroom and appreciate the variety of activities we offer. Our goal is to provide something enjoyable for everyone. It's wonderful to know you find our staff friendly, respectful and caring, this is exactly what we strive for. Regarding communal areas, we have already extended the lounge by adding a large conservatory and there is also a beautiful lounge on the 1st floor available for residents and families, however, we understand there is a preference for the ground floor lounge. The spa bath which residents find very relaxing, is used daily, primarily in the mornings and evenings, so it may not be in use during your visits. Additionally we have a wet room with a shower, ensuring residents have the choice between a bath or shower to suit their preferences.
