At the same time, we are sorry to hear of other concerns. We do understand how important consistency is for our residents and decisions to move colleagues to different households are never taken lightly. At times though, they are necessary, either when assessing the best interests of our residents overall or because we do need to give colleagues opportunities to develop, which is key to our success in retaining high calibre people over the years. We are experienced in managing this transition to minimise the impact of changes.
We are pleased to advise that we have purchased new equipment to help with organisation and delivery of laundry to the household and this has been a positive implementation so far. We are happy to discuss any concerns with you further
