Most importantly I am delighted to hear the fantastic feedback you provide about our whole team and for them to be recognised by yourself as the best in the North West of England is success in itself. I cant wait to share your feedback with the team. The team remain committed to providing the highest standards of care for all our clients  and it is sad to see their hard work and commitment isn't being recognised by all but I'm delighted it is being recognised by our clients themselves and their families and for us that's what truly matters. We remain optimistic that CQC will reinspect us soon and hopefully we can showcase to them how wonderful our home and team are and then they will be recognised with the rating they deserve.
