Thank you so much for your review. We are currently undergoing a refurbishment and you may have noticed a change in decor. Further improvements are scheduled in the coming months to enhance the home. I note your rating for Activities. We have recently filled the position of an activities co-ordinator after our last activities person moved on, I am sure you will notice a difference moving forward. However, our care staff are always available and willing to encourage our residents with activities. Evergreen is a small home that lends to a more personal environment. Care staff are always on hand and happy to engage at any time of the day.
