I was very disappointed and saddened to see this review from one of our residents.  We have more than adequate staff in the home at all times.  <br>Although the home accepts both NHS and privately funded residents, we do not accept residents with advanced stages of dementia in order to ensure that residents have a stimulating environment with like minded people.<br>Residents who have a preferred seat in the dining room are reserved the same seat every day if they like too.
