We thank Gareth for his positive review and apologise unreservedly for the missing hearing aids.  This should have been dealt with promptly.  The Resident has been referred to audiology clinic to replace her hearing aid.  We have introduced separate storage facility in each bedroom for items like hearing aids and glasses that sometimes are misplaced by staff and residents.<br><br>Thanks<br>Ramesh
