Thank you for your feedback and comments.  We are glad to hear your step mother is happy, that too is our main priority. We have a board in our reception which displays all weekly planned activities, this is also circulated in the bistro and copies are available for each resident, we will endeavour to ensure more printed copies are available so they are not missed. We have increased our team ratios and are glad to say we have recently recruited new team members.
