Thank you for taking the time to review St Mary’s Care Home - we really do appreciate all feedback and comments. In relation to the issues you have raised in your review - the cleanliness of the home is paramount. There is a structured and thorough cleaning schedule in place which is monitored by a daily walk around the home to address and resolve any issues promptly.<br><br>We do have an Activities Leader here who provides fulfilling activities to residents on a daily basis. We have activities such as newspaper discussions and each Friday we hold a bingo afternoon for both residents and their relatives. Some residents do prefer not to participate and in this instance, the Activities Leader will spend time on a one-to-one basis with them. <br><br>I would be happy to discuss any other issues with you so please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
