Thank you for taking the time to complete and share your review of Sherwood Court.  Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England  have recently inspected our home and we are pleased to say that we received a “Good” rating from them.  We meet and often exceed the required staffing levels within our home as recommended by both the CQC and by Barchester Healthcare’s own care specialists.  We are continually monitoring the provision of activities within our home and have a weekly activity programme as suggested by residents and supported by our own activities co-ordinator, staff and families.  We are always open to comments and suggestions and my door is always open to families.
