Admiral Court has been holding a series of recruitment days which has resulted in us building a strong team of experienced carers and nurses who are assigned to specific teams and we are aiming for better continuity for the residents. We have extended the induction period for new team members and have increased the opportunities for training so that everyone is able to meet the needs of the residents appropriately. Our Head Chef involves residents and family in the development of new menus and always welcomes feedback and new ideas. If a resident asks for a particular meal or food item then we will do our best to prepare that for them.
