We are sorry to see your comments about our new feedback system. We are keen to provide people who use our services with as many different ways as possible to give their feedback, comments and suggestions - many people have welcomed this service as a new method to do this, but we accept that this is not necessarily for everyone. We’ve received over 30,000 pieces of feedback from residents, relatives and visiting professionals across all Four Seasons Health Care homes over the past 10 months so it is a programme we intend to continue using. It helps us to continually improve the services our residents want. We are always looking at ways to improve how the system works so I’d be keen to understand your frustrations in more detail.
