I am sorry that we were unable to meet all of your expectations during your husband’s stay with us but are grateful for your feedback and delighted with the positive comments and fantastic scores for the care and support we provide. All respite residents are registered with our local GP practice in case they become unwell during their stay. We do however ask all families to bring in all of the medicines required for the duration of any respite visits as our GP’s are not prepared to prescribe for repeat medication for our respite residents or from a repeat request. I do hope that we will be welcoming you back to our home in the near future especially as you felt the overall stay was a good one and that you were treated in an excellent manner.
