We appreciate all feedback and are happy to advise that after a brief absence, our Activities Coordinator will be back next week, when she will continue working to get to know residents better, which will help her to develop a feel for what activities will work best for each individual resident’s needs.  I would of course be happy to discuss this with you further next time you are visiting the home.
