Thank you for taking the time to review Lydgate Lodge and bringing these matters to our attention.  A new Home Manager has been appointed in the home who is making many positive improvements.  We have discussed your comments with her and she has assured us that measures are being put in place immediately to prevent future reoccurrence of the points you raised.  Ideal Carehomes has also recently employed three Regional Activities Executives who will be tasked with assisting our homes to organise a varied range of activities.
