I’d like to thank you for your positive words in your review, and am glad to hear you are happy with the level of care and service our staff provide to you and your mum. As noted, our staff are always more than happy to help with any questions or requests that our residents families may have. Despite your positive words, I’m disappointed to hear that you have rated our home satisfactory in some areas, specifically cleanliness and value for money. We feel our fees are very reasonable for the level of care and service we provide, and are in line with other homes in the area.
