We always actively encourage constructive criticism from residents, visitors and families as regards all aspects of our service including the meals provided. Seasoning can not always be added to food prior to serving as we do have to cater for a wide range of dietary needs but we always ensure it is  available at the meal tables as appropriate.  As a 24 hour nursing care provider we will not always be a cost effective option for individuals not requiring nursing care initially and we advise prospective residents accordingly,  however we always have to respect the decision they make as to where they would ultimately like to stay.<br><br>We do feel that the excellent care provided at the Laurels does represent real value for money and that our team are second to none.
