We are sorry to hear that your experience of the food at Foxbridge has fallen short of expectations. This comes as quite a surprise as our head chef at Foxbridge was recently recognised as one of the best in the country in our Chef of the year competition, and he regularly receives very positive feedback from both our residents and their visiting friends and relatives. Our hope is that the experience you mentioned is an anomaly, but having said that, our hospitality team will now visit the home to audit the food offering and ensure it meets our high standards. We do encourage all of our residents to engage in social activities in the home – both around mealtimes and in terms of the very full activities schedule on offer. However, our first priority is always the personal wishes of our residents and if your friend’s choice is for in-room dining, then we will always cater to this preference. If you do have any further concerns about the care your friend is receiving, we would encourage you to pick these up with the home manager directly as she will be in a much better position to discuss the specifics of the situation. Thank you though for taking the time to review the home - we are always interested in feedback which can help us improve the service we provide.
