If you would like assistance with this, please do speak to a member of staff at the home. <br><br>We endeavour to ensure each Residents’ clothing is washed and returned to them, and we apologise again that on this occasion this has not happened.<br><br>Thanking you again for taking the time to provide really helpful feedback about the home.
