Thank you for taking the time to write a comment.  I am pleased that you find Monkscroft a caring place for you mother in law to live.  However, I would like to apologise for the attitude you experienced from a member of my team.  I was made aware of this on my return from annual leave, and spoke to the individual in question straight away.  Please be reassured that they continue to be monitored closely.
