Dear Sue,<br>Just read your review.  The manager and I did discuss the issues with mums room following your meeting with her recently.  We have in fact arranged for the room to be decorated and the cleaners will now go in twice a day to ensure the room is kept tidy.  Please let the Manager or the team leaders know when you are there if you have any further problems.  We do take this seriously of course and thank you for letting us know.
