We welcome feedback and take all comments very seriously. The call bell scheme is monitored constantly by the care team and overseen by Management, we endeavour to answer all residents call bells in a timely manor. Most are answered within 5 to 10 minutes, however Management at Sunrise of Bramhall will try and identify the reasons why some residents have waiting longer than this. Our mission is to champion quality of life for all seniors. Our resident-centred approach delivers high quality care built around the individual, personalised needs of Sunrise residents.
