Thank you for taking the time to complete and share your review of Strachan House.  Care Inspectorate, the independent regulator of all health and social care services in Scotland, have recently inspected our home and we are pleased to say that we received a “Very Good”  rating from them on Quality of Management and Leadership and “Very Good” for our Quality of Staffing.  We meet and often exceed the required staffing levels within our home as recommended by both the Care Inspectorate and by Barchester Healthcare’s own care specialists.  We are always open to comments and suggestions and my door is always open to families.
