Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.  We are really pleased to hear that your Dad enjoys going out to the Church and playing the keyboard in the home.  It’s great to hear you have more ideas about things your Dad would like to do and we’ll arrange for the activity coordinator to meet with you and make some plans.  As we have a full staff team at present we’re not sure what you mean about staff shortages so perhaps you would like to meet with the home manager to discuss this in more detail – please feel free to pop in anytime.
