Thanks for your review Marc. As we have spoken many times, we treat every resident with the compassion and in a dignified manner which makes all residents comfortable. I am pleased that you find us approachable and that we have listened, as I believe we help to look after the residents families as well as the residents. <br>The refurbishment is taking a little longer than hoped, but next thing are the carpets and chairs. Once this is done, hopefully will look even more brighter.
