Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback and we are pleased that you liked our home and the facilities provided during your short stay as one of our intermediate care clients. I have noted your comments and will feed these back to the care team. It is our normal practice to offer regular bath/showers and I am sorry this does not appear to have happened in your case. Newspapers can also be ordered if desired and again I apologise if this was not discussed with you. Our activities programme is displayed on the notice board but I will now ensure that this is also placed in each room – thank you for this suggestion.
