We will take note of the comments made and review the cleaning schedule for this particular unit to ensure regular washing of carpets is carried out.<br><br>With regards to the lack of en suite facilities, Craigieknowes is a purpose built care home that was constructed in line with the legislation in place at the time. When it was constructed, en suite facilities were not a requirement and it is impossible to reverse engineer these facilities. All residents and families are made aware of the facilities available prior to admission. That being said, we are about to commence major refurbishment to the showering and bathing facilities at Craigieknowes.<br><br>The painting or wallpapering of a feature wall in a resident's room is something that we are happy to do - we will discuss with the resident concerned or a family member in choosing a colour or wallpaper.<br><br>Again, thank you for taking the time to review Craigieknowes.
