Thank you for taking the time to let us have your comments and we are delighted that you are pleased with the care your father is receiving.  Please be reassured that we do have a full complement of staff and no-one is expected to work additional hours although some colleagues may choose to do so.  In terms of interior decoration, we have an ongoing refurbishment programme which will see further bedrooms being upgraded in the coming year.  The gardens are tended by our volunteers who will now be supported by our newly recruited handyperson.  I would be more than happy to discuss any issues with you when you are next visiting the home and please do not hesitate to come and see me.
